It’s easier than you think to get high self esteem, feel great about yourself and start to achieve your goals. I offer 1:1 sessions in my Gloucester practice, as well Skype sessions, group sessions and corporate workshops.
How do the sessions work?
I am a firm believer that knowledge is power so the sessions entail gaining insight into your personality type, your thinking styles and how to use this new knowledge to make changes.
We will look at your beliefs and the outcomes as a result of these beliefs. Then lots of practical demonstrations and explanations as well as valuable insight and understanding of your personality and thinking styles.
Lastly we look at goals and how you will achieve them. The change is immediate, from the very first session you will start to feel good about you. Your self belief will soar as will your ability to create change, whether that’s stopping an addiction, losing weight, getting rid of a phobia or social anxiety or managing your stress. Help with Depression
Depression is surprisingly common. It can be long lasting and seriously impact on the life of the sufferer. I practise many effective treatments for depression. Although statistics from The World Health Organisation (WHO) show women as being affected more than men, I tend to treat men suffering with depression just as much as women. Symptoms may include –

- finding it hard to make decisions,
- feeling worthless or hopeless,
- difficulty sleeping
