HYPNOTHERAPY IS AVAILABLE TO ALL

Prince Harry is the latest in a long list of famous people to turn to Hypnotherapy to improve their lives. The Prince is reported to be reading Paul McKenna’s book in a bid to rid himself of the habit of smoking for good. X Factor winner Leona Lewis is having hypnotherapy to boost her confidence ahead of her tour and Spice girl Mel B has turned to the therapy to help calm her nerves. The Prince joins a string of celebrities such as Matt Damon, Robbie Williams, Sophie Dahl, Lily Allen and Guy Ritchie who use the power of hypnosis to achieve their goals.
This natural and ancient therapy isn’t exclusively for celebrities – it is available and affordable to everyone. Gloucester based hypnotherapist and Hypnoanalyst Claire McGrath runs the Hypnotherapy 4 Health practice from her clinic at Cathedral Close Therapy Practice. Claire is passionate about helping people to achieve their goals and reach their potential, offering free initial consultations to those who wish to discuss their problems and issues. Along with other self help solutions she offers a weight loss programme to residents of the county. Claire says ‘I can understand why Prince Harry is seeking hypnotherapy to give him the willpower and motivation he desires. Why accept things as they are when you can utilise the power of your own mind to achieve your goals. Celebrities use hypnosis to achieve the highest level of ability and success. These people would not seek out hypnosis without first doing their research. It is an easy, quick and completely natural method which generates amazing benefits which is why so many successful people use hypnosis. Just imagine losing ½ stone in time for Christmas – this and so much more is so easy to achieve when you know how.”
Claire’s belief that anything is possible prompted her to approach and subsequently secure Hollywood actress Kate Winslet as the patron of a charity with which she was involved, and in so doing significantly raising the profile of the charity.
Whether you want to lose weight, stop smoking, pass your driving test, rid yourself of a phobia, realise a dream of performing on stage or enhance your sports performance this highly motivating and empowering technique can help you to achieve your goal naturally, easily and quickly.

Oyezzzzzzzz! Alan finds solution for his insomnia
“You are feeling sleepy” may seem a corny line for a hypnotherapist, but it’s working wonders for one city therapist. Town Crier Alan Myatt, has been suffering from insomnia for years, leaving him feeling permanently tired. However a few visits to therapist Claire McGrath, and the problem has been solved – leaving him with the energy to tackle his work head on once more.
Alan, the Guinness world record holder for the loudest cry of ‘Oyez’ said the therapy had improved his life.
He said: “Before going to see Claire my mind would be racing at night time and I found it impossible to fall asleep. “I would be awake for hours but now I have learned how to slow down.
“Claire showed me techniques to help me have a good quality sleep and I am now enjoying a more energetic life.“
Claire McGrath, whose practice is in the grounds of Gloucester Cathedral, said “In the UK it is said that 35 per cent of people are affected by disturbed sleep patterns and about 10 per cent suffer from chronic insomnia.“
