A little about me
My name is Claire McNulty. I originally qualified in Hypnotherapy in 1999. Since that time I have trained in other mind therapies and have built a reputation for getting results. I specialise in helping people to overcome anxiety.
You will find me to be a caring yet straight-talking person. An award winning therapist, I am passionate about helping people to reach their goals. I run a busy, successful practice on the outskirts of Gloucester where I offer Mindset Coaching and hypnotherapy in my clinic or worldwide via Skype.

As an anxiety specialist I am in demand for my mindset coaching in the corporate world, helping professionals and directors to combat stress and anxiety. I have written about my success treating professionals and high fliers in new book The Hypnotherapy Experts.
In the book I describe the techniques I use including mindset coaching, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. These methods are designed to help everyone from the executive with a fear of flying to the farmer with social anxiety.

What should you look for when choosing a therapist?
It is important to spend some time looking for the right therapist for you.
- It is advisable to look for someone who has been a therapist for a number of years as they will have the experience and skills to help you.
- Reading a therapist’s reviews and testimonials will help you to get a feel of other peoples’ experiences.
- How comfortable do you feel speaking to the therapist on the phone? Chances are if you don’t feel comfortable with him/her you are unlikely to get the best out of your experience.
- Remember you tend to get what you pay for – an experienced therapist with enhanced skills will tend to charge more than someone who is newly qualified.
The wider community and charities are important to me and I like to volunteer my spare time to help local groups who may otherwise not have the funding to continue with their services.
