Anxiety is one of the most common symptoms people contact me for help with. Often I am the only person they have told about their anxiety. Anxiety is a normal survival reaction, a natural fight or flight response to danger. Although the danger may not be real (ie fear of driving, flying, enclosed spaces, fear of heights, socialising or talking, fear of tests/exams) your mind reacts as if the event is scary and you may then experience physical symptoms and panic attacks.
